Terms of Service

Welcome!
These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern your purchase of goods
(hereinafter referred to as the “Goods”) from [HM-STORE] (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “our”, or “Seller”) through the Whop platform. By clicking “Buy”on our Goods page or
completing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be boundby these Terms. 1. Agreement and Whop Platform
You understand and agree that you are purchasing Goods from [HM-STORE], and that Whop is athird-party platform providing transaction technology and payment processing. A direct sales
agreement exists between you and [HM-STORE]. You are also required to comply with Whop’s
Terms of Service. 2. Orders and Payments
2.1. All payment processing through Whop is handled by Whop and its designated payment
processors. We do not have access to your complete payment information. 2.2. You warrant that all billing information you provide is accurate, complete, and valid. 2.3. You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order. This does not signifyour acceptance of your order; it is merely confirmation that we have received your order. All
orders are subject to our verification and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel
any order for the following reasons: insufficient stock, incorrect pricing or product information, suspected fraud, or your breach of these Terms. 3. Shipping and Delivery
3.1. We will process and arrange shipment within a specified business day after order
confirmation and payment settlement. You will receive an email with tracking information after
your goods have been shipped. 3.2. The specified processing time (“3-5 business days”) is not a delivery guarantee, but rather
the time from order confirmation to when we hand it over to our logistics partner. Actual
shipping time depends on your location and the logistics service provider. 3.3. You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. We are not
responsible for lost, misdelivered, or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
provided by you.
4. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy
4.1. Return Eligibility: We accept returns of unworn, undamaged items with original tags intact, within 14 days of receipt. 4.2. Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and health reasons, worn shoes are generally not eligiblefor return unless there is a manufacturer defect (see below). 4.3. Refund Process: To return an item, you must first contact our customer service teamviaWhop's messaging system or by emailing [hm@kanma.shop] to obtain a Return AuthorizationNumber (RMA) and the correct return address. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Oncewe receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment
method within a reasonable timeframe. 4.4. Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless due to our
error (e.g., sending the wrong item) or a manufacturer defect. 4.5. Exchanges: We currently only offer refunds and do not offer exchanges. If you require adifferent size or color, please request a refund and place a new order for the correct item. 4.6. Manufacturer Defects: If you find any defects in materials or workmanship upon receivingthe item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and provide photographic or video evidence. Upon verification, we will provide a full refund or replacement (if in stock). 5. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights related to this product, including but not
limited to designs, logos, trademarks, and product packaging, are the property of us or their
respective owners. Purchasing this product does not grant you any of these rights. 6. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for anyindirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this
product. In no event shall our total liability exceed the purchase price you paid for the product towhich the claim arises. 7. Privacy: We only collect information necessary for processing orders and shipping (suchas
delivery address and email) through the Whop platform. We do not sell or rent your personal
information. For more details on data processing, please see Whop's Privacy Policy. 8. Disclaimer Products are offered "as is" without any express or implied warranties, including but
not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, andnon-infringement. 9. Terms of Service Changes We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at
any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon their posting on our Whop product
pages. Your continued use of our services after the changes are posted constitutes your
