You have the right to return the item and receive a refund within 14 calendar days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
Unworn: Shoes must be in brand new condition, unworn, with no wear or stains on the soles. Original Packaging: The original shoebox must be returned in good condition. The shoebox is
considered part of the product. Tags Intact: All original tags and hangtags must be intact and undamaged. Proof of Purchase: Please provide your Whop order number or proof of purchase. 2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and health reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
Worn, used, or visibly damaged shoes. Lost or severely damaged original shoebox.
Items older than the 14-day return period. 3. Return Process
Please strictly follow these steps to ensure your return is processed promptly:
Contact Us: Within 14 days, contact our customer service team via Whop's messaging systemor
by emailing [your customer service email address], including your order number. Obtain Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization number and the correct
return address. Unauthorized returns will not be processed. Return Item: Securely pack the eligible item, original shoebox, and all accessories, and includethe internal RMA number. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you assume therisk of loss during transit. Pending Processing: Upon receiving your returned package, we will conduct a quality inspection
within 5-7 business days. 4. Refund Process
Once the return passes quality inspection, we will immediately initiate the refund process. The refund will be automatically credited to your original order payment method. The time it takes to receive your refund depends on the processing speed of your payment bankor payment service provider, and typically takes 5-10 business days. Please note: Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for the return shippingcosts of the returned item. 5. Defective and Incorrect Items
If the item you receive has manufacturer defects upon delivery (such as glue coming unglued, serious stitching problems, etc.), or if we have sent the wrong item, please contact us within7days of receiving the item and provide photos or videos as evidence. After verification, we will
