[HM-STROE] Limited Warranty Policy

This Limited Warranty Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Warranty”) outlines the warrantyobligations of [HM-STROE] (“we” or “our”) for the running shoes (hereinafter referred toas
the “Product”) you purchase. 1. Warranty Coverage
We warrant that, under normal use conditions, the Product will be free from any original defects
in materials and workmanship for six (6) months from the date of your purchase. 2. Warranty Exclusions
This Warranty does not cover:
Normal Wear and Tear: Wear and tear caused by normal use and wear, such as sole wear, upper
creases, natural fading, etc. Misuse or Abuse: Damage caused by accident, improper use, negligence, alteration (including but
not limited to repairs using non-original parts), or use for purposes other than those designed for
it (such as professional competitive sports, mountaineering, etc.). External Factors: Damage caused by contact with sharp objects, chemicals, fire, extremeenvironments, or improper care (such as incorrect cleaning). Aesthetic Issues: Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the product's functionor
safety. Products purchased from unauthorized dealers. 3. Warranty Process
If you believe the product has a defect covered by this warranty, please follow these steps:

and a description of the problem. Provide Evidence: You will need to provide clear photos or videos of the product to demonstratethe claimed defect. Assessment and Adjudication: Our customer service team will assess your situation and makeafinal determination on whether it qualifies for warranty coverage. Solution: Once it is confirmed to be covered under warranty, we will provide you with the
following solutions based on product availability:
Repair: Repair for repairable defects. Replacement: Replacement with a new product of the same model (or an equivalent model). Refund: If repair or replacement is not possible, we will provide a refund calculated based on thepurchase price. 4. Your Sole Remedy The repair, replacement, or refund provided under this warranty is our soleand only obligation regarding the defective product and your only remedy. 5. Disclaimer To the fullest extent permitted by law, except as expressly provided in this warranty, we make no other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties
of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. No oral or written description or
representation constitutes an additional warranty. 6. Applicable Law This warranty is subject to the applicable consumer protection laws of your
country. This warranty grants you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that
