Processing Time: Orders require 1-3 business days for verification. Due to our OEM manufacturing, some custom orders may require additional production time.
Delivery Methods and Delivery Time: We offer various delivery options. Economy delivery is estimated at 7-20 business days, and express delivery is estimated at 3-7 business days. (All times are calculated from the processing time.)
Delivery Costs: Costs are calculated based on destination, package weight and volume, and delivery speed.
2. Order Processing Time
Standard Orders: All orders paid before 3:00 PM on weekdays (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) will be processed, including order review, quality inspection, and packing, within 1-3 business days.
Customized/Pre-order Orders: Please note that as we operate on a OEM/ODM basis, some customer-specified brand styles may require additional production time. The specific estimated production time will be clearly indicated on the product page or sent to you via email after placing your order. Processing time may be slightly longer during peak order periods (such as holidays).
3. Shipping Methods, Delivery Time, and Costs
This is the core of our policy and must be clearly stated.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email containing a tracking number.
Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and selected service.
4. International Shipping and Customs Duties

Customs Duties and Taxes: For international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs processing fees may apply in the destination country. These costs are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

6. Delivery Issues and Lost Packages:
Incorrect Delivery Address: Please carefully verify your delivery address when placing your order. We will not be responsible for any undeliverable or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
